Nothing but praise for the work, and how pleasant the guys were
Particularly happy with the recessed man-hole covers, they look great.
They've left it clean and tidy too so big thanks!
David and his team were excellent, their expertise, workmanship and communication throughout the whole project were second to none. Would thoroughly recommend .
Completion of small retaining wall, subbase and new Indian stone walkway/patio. In somewhat challenging weather conditions at times, the team of workers just cracked on and got the job done. End product looks spot on. Clean tidy workers. Always on time. Professional approach. No shortcuts or easy options. Conclusion: not the cheapest just the best.
Fence was installed efficiently and looks great. A huge improvement on the old panels which came down in the storms. The guys were very pleasant, took care of the plants and cleaned up well after their work including removing the old panels and posts. Very pleased.
We’re delighted with the results of the work carried out by David’s team. Extremely efficient and helpful from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Couldn’t recommend them more highly

David and his team built our fencing many years ago and we made the right call to get them in again to build us a new gate! They were quick, efficient and the new gate is great. We'll certainly be calling them back in on our next project.
We didn’t know much about this company. Their website caught our attention. Initial contact was made and a survey was carried out. Really impressed right from day 1. Very professional workmanship went exactly has discussed. Now our garden looks and feels amazing. A huge thanks to all team. David and his team did an excellent job transforming our front garden. The team work very hard and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work.
Our driveway and patio were in a sorry state so we canvassed many local companies, insisting on a local reference as this was a large project for us. Owner David duly obliged, patiently discussed our requirements and provided helpful input to the solution, resulting in a quotation that wasn’t the cheapest but represented good value for money. With up to 6 people on site at a time, the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. David attended on a regular basis and got his hands dirty when needed; Keith was very hands-on, superbly drove forward the project and managed the very able team of Brandon, Connor, Jack, Joe and Rob. Everyone took great pride in their work and produced excellent results - we are absolutely delighted with our porcelain patio and driveway of blocks/gravel! Perhaps just as important, we always felt comfortable to raise inevitable small issues, all of which were handled in a positive, professional manner - it was always a pleasure to see the team each day and we felt very much at ease with them. Thanks so much, guys!
David and his team were very professional throughout and did a great job! As we encountered some challenges with my driveway, we talked through options and the end result looks fantastic. First torrential downpour today and no more flooding!!!
Thank you for all the work you have done. I am delighted with the work and have paid your invoice by Bank Transfer.
Couldn't recommend Scorfield Building & Landscaping enough - it's the second time they've created us a beautiful new garden and if we move again in the future, we won't hesitate to work with them again.

We had a new drive and lawn done by scorefield in April 2024. We are delighted with the end results. All the lads doing the job were punctual, professional and considerate in taking in our and our neighbours needs. Would highly recommend them.
Thank you to David and his team for the incredible transformation of our home. The guys are all lovely and easy-going. They worked through a very wet winter shifting many many wheelbarrows of mud. Everyone is easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, and quick to sort out little niggles. The result is super. We so look forward to enjoying our much improved home now.
David & his team did a superb job recently of creating a large open plan kitchen for us from a small kitchen & dining room. We couldn't have been more pleased with there workmanship. Will definitely use again if need a local building firm. All the team were polite, courteous & friendly from start to finish. Big thanks to Ian & Simon in particular.

On behalf of Bryan and myself, we wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for fitting us in at short notice and doing a thoroughly professional job along with a great bunch of quality workmen. We are so pleased, it looks fantastic. After a pretty difficult year it means a great deal.
Keith and his colleagues were a pleasure to have working for us. Very hard working with excellent results. We have had several complementary remarks on the fencing already. Everything was left clean and tidy, we highly recommend.
We recently had the Landscaping team complete a job for us. Despite some very cold and wet weather they remained punctual, professional, polite and cheerful. They kept us informed of any potential issues and were more than capable of suggesting solutions to overcome the odd problem. They worked hard to complete the project on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome. All in all a job well done.
Really pleased with the new patio / paving, composite decking and planters! Completed in just 4-days and looking forward to relaxing when the ☀️ eventually returns!

I just want to say that I am still pinching myself at the changes that have been done to our home. Pulling into the driveway and seeing the changes outside, the new roof and then inside too. We are so chuffed with everything you have done here. The home feels and works so much better for us. We just love it.
Thank you for getting it all done and to a high standard. So glad you were our builder 🤩
Please say hi to the lads and I want to wish you and your team a lovely Xmas. Thank you 😊

I only review when I get an exceptional service. We were looking for a builder to convert our garage into an extra room David was punctual for our preliminary meeting which is always a good sign and showed his professionalism. He was then quick to answer any emails/messages and put in a very competitive quotation.
He was happy to discuss a number of options to ensure that our garage conversion met with our expectations.
Phil, Aiden, Ian and Tony were always on time and completed their work to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the completed job. The lads also made sure that they cleaned and swept up after each day. They were cheerful and pleasant from the start to finish. An excellent job from quote to completion.
Really pleased we went with Scorfield Building & Landscaping Ltd. I would highly recommend.
I recently had some work done on my garden by David & his team and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team that worked on it did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They took the time to listen to my requests and vision for the space and then executed it flawlessly. The attention to detail was impressive and the final product exceeded my expectations. The new patio looks amazing. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space. Thank you again for the great work!
David and his team came to hard landscape our back garden following it being designed. We are delighted with the work done. David was a great project manager and all the team were polite, courteous and hard working. A couple of times a week we had a catch up to ensure we were all on track with the work. Sometimes, what was down on paper on the plan needed amending and the team were great at coming up with ideas and also overcoming any unforseen problems.
Communication throughout was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend.
The pictures don’t do it justice, we can’t believe the transformation and how different it feels.
The team were exceptional the whole time they were here, worked like absolute troopers, even in freezing conditions. Every evening they tidied before they left, we’re professional, considerate and a real pleasure to have here, not to mention the results. Please pass on our thanks to Keith, Brandon, Jack, Conor, and Joe and of course the chief slide inspector Thomas.
Cannot recommend you guys highly enough, Thank you 😊.
This has made a massive difference to the North side of our green. The Scorfield team who worked on this were first class. Never stopped even in the cold conditions. Their attention to detail resulted in the pictures you see. Cleaned up every night even cleaning down the Hall car park. Any other bowling club needs work doing get these guys in. Thanks again.
I can't recommend David and his team highly enough, from helping me to plan what I wanted to completing the work ahead of time. Having re-fenced the garden for me last year - work done to a very high standard - they have now undertaken a complete garden makeover including re-turfing both front and back lawns. A much loved but rather out of control small garden has become a real haven again and I can't wait for some Spring sunshine to spend time outside enjoying it. As significant to me as the end result, David's team were endlessly helpful, courteous and respectful in the face of my endless questions and requests!
David and his team have now completed 3 large projects at our property. His professional attitude is exemplary and he is supported by a friendly, hardworking, dedicated workforce who’s quality of work is excellent. It is reassuring to know you can still employ tradespeople who take pride in the work they do. I would have no reservations about recommending David and his team for building and landscaping projects.
Your guys are absolutely fantastic, you have a great Team they’ve done an amazing job and been really courteous throughout. I’ve thanked them directly but just wanted to give a little feedback as I’ve been really impressed!
Thanks for the great work. Really pleased that you and your team were able to bring my design to life.
Scorfields have recently completed a patio, garden wall and driveway for us. We have been impressed by the quality of the work and by the workmen who completed it. David Scorfield and his site team are hardworking, polite and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend Scorfields to anyone wanting this type of work.
Dave and his team arrived as planned, were flexible with our requests and exceeded our expectations all within timeframe and budget. Highly recommend them.
We are more than happy with everything! You have a great team and we’ve been really impressed with the organisation , quality of work etc
We had a front and rear extension, quickly followed by full landscaping of the back garden. The team were punctual and worked really quickly to get the job done on time, and were really flexible to our constantly changing requests.
We got the guys back to convert our garage into an office/music room with sound-proofed walls and ceiling which turned into a slightly bigger job when we realised the garage floor was higher than the rest of the house, so needed 9inches of reinforced concrete digging out. They got a couple of extra lads down and had it done in a day!
We're really pleased with the work they did and have re-booked them for our drive.
The team are really friendly which, when they're in your house for 2-3 months every day, is a huge plus. They even bought in Friday fish n chips!
Would definitely recommend.
The landscaping side of the business recently installed a new patio for us along with doing a few other jobs. We are very pleased with the quality of the finish and Dave was good to deal with throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for other work we need doing.
David and his team are great and have undertaken a few jobs for us. They are consummate professionals and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
Scorfield Ltd installed a new drive and patio then subsequently re- turfed both front and rear gardens. All work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. The team were very professional and friendly, providing advice on design and construction issues during the process and each day left the site clean and tidy. I am delighted with the final result and have no hesitation in recommended them to future customers. For a star rating I give 5 out of 5 stars.
We have used Scorfield on many occasions for hard and soft landscaping work for our house in Linton and can highly recommend them. Their work ethic and their attention to detail are superb.
